Return Policy

• Shipments not accepted by the customer or undelivered for any reason will be returned to the seller (RTO). 

• Products returned must be in original packaging, tamper-proof condition, and accompanied by the invoice.

• Returns should be initiated within 7 calendar days from delivery.
  
  

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds are made to the original source of payment within 7–10 working days.
  
  

• Refunds cannot be redirected to any other account or payment mode than the one used at purchase .
  
  

• Claims for damage, tampering, or leakage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
